-Canadian flat rate shipping is $12

-USA flat rate shipping is $16

-Flat rate shipping refers to regular mail sent through Canada Post. A tracking number is not included

-Tracked and expedited shipping is available when requested

-Local Pick up orders will be notified by email when the order is ready for pick-up
